As the Managing Broker of United Real Estate – Philadelphia, Ken brings exceptional skills and knowledge to the United Real Estate team. Ken has held numerous leadership and sales roles throughout his real estate career. Ken started his real estate career at Inspection Management Relocation Services, a Philadelphia based national relocation company. While servicing corporations like DuPont, Bristol Myers Squibb, Merck, and Rhodia, Ken was promoted to Vice President of Operations after demonstrating a strong work ethic coupled with an acute attention to detail. It was several years later that Ken decided to obtain his real estate license. He was first licensed in New Jersey and Pennsylvania in 1998. He quickly became a top sales associate and broker at Weichert Realtors, where he was consistently ranked in the top 5% company-wide. After securing some larger accounts, Ken was promoted to the Regional Vice President for Weichert New Homes and Land for the Delaware Valley Region. In 2004, he was promoted again to become the Managing Broker for the Haverford Sales Office. After rebuilding the office, Ken ended up back in Wayne, PA as the Managing Broker after he merged the two offices together. After 10 years at Weichert Realtors, Ken decided to jump back into sales full time in 2008. He aligned himself with Long & Foster Real Estate at that time. By the end of 2009, Ken was ranked within the top 5% of all of North America and top 3% company-wide at Long & Foster Real Estate. In 2011, Ken opened his own brokerage where he became the President/Broker of Record for Mid-Atlantic Real Estate Services, LLC. based out of Berwyn, PA. Ken earned a B.A. in Environmental Science and a B.A. in Geography from the University of California, Santa Barbara, CA. in 1996, where he focused his studies on Urban Planning and Development, GIS, and Energy & Transportation Policies. Since becoming a Broker, Ken has earned his Short Sale/Foreclosure (SFR), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), and Green Designations. He is currently licensed in PA, NJ, MD.

Rick Joined United Real Estate in May of 2018 when he came from the Collegeville Keller Williams Realty Group where he served as the CEO, Team Leader, and Associate Broker. He served as the Past Vice President of the Mid-Atlantic Broker Council, Weichert Real Estate Affiliates. Past Chair Member on the Greater Scranton Board of Realtors, Past Director of the Pike County Chamber of Commerce. While serving as the CEO/Team Leader and Associate Broker for Keller Williams he managed the Limerick, Audubon, Quakertown & Reading offices. He recruited and helped grow the office from 160 agents when he started to over 270 a year and a half later when he decided to join United. He managed, recruited and hired agents & staff, reviewed and approved contracts and shared his real estate experiences with agents looking to learn. He is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in PA, SC and an agent in FL. Rick who is a proven sales leader has had several years of consistently leading his offices in sales and in his rookie year exceeded over 6.2 million dollars with 68 transactions and more than any other agent.
